TRANSFORM PRACTICE

Transform Practice is a not-for-profit consulting cooperative. We offer expertise in design, facilitation, reflective practice, evaluative learning, and strategy. We work through a wholistic lens.

Our areas of excellence:

  • community development
  • stakeholder engagement
  • community-based and community-engaged research
  • transformative evaluation methodologies (e.g., participatory evaluation, developmental evaluation)
  • intersectoral collaboration and joint action partnerships
  • leadership development, and
  • capacity building.

We centre community voices in all that we do.

Transform Practice seeks to serve communities and allies seeking justice and systems change. We work with community, non-profit, philanthropic, government and private sectors.

We acknowledge the Indigenous territories in which we live and work. We are women professionals of different ethnicities and identities, with diverse lived experiences. We share a commitment to understanding how we, as human beings, have and continue to be cast in roles of ‘other/othering’. We work towards decolonization in our relationships, alliances, and professional practices.

Transform Practice is an emerging social enterprise. Read more about us (also in French)!
